Deer - A symbol of gentleness and innocence. When a deer appears in a dream or
meditation, it represents spiritual growth, specifically the ability to open your heart to that growth. As a totem or power animal, the deer is there to help in sharpening of your senses, and to facilitate gentleness, peace and internal assurance.
Dog - A symbol of unquestioned loyalty and faithfulness. When a dog appears in a dream or
meditation, it is there to teach you the meaning of unconditional love. As a totem or power animal, the dog can help to heal emotional wounds. Breed of dog can also determine secondary characteristics, ie. is the dog a hunter, a companion; is it playful or on guard?
Dolphin - A symbol of wisdom. When a dolphin appears in a dream or
meditation, it is there to teach you to balance the rhythms of your body with those of nature. As a totem or power animal, the dolphin helps you to balance work and play, and to release tensions.
